cannot

Romans 8:26-27

26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

The Spirit helps us in our weakness.
The Spirit comes to us and helps us in our weakness.

We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.
We do not know what prayer to offer or how to offer it as we should, but the Spirit Himself knows our need and at the right time intercedes on our behalf with sighs and groanings too deep for words.

2 Timothy 2:11-13

11 This is a faithful saying:

For if we died with Him,
We shall also live with Him.
12 If we endure,
We shall also reign with Him.
If we deny Him,
He also will deny us.
13 If we are faithless,
He remains faithful;
He cannot deny Himself.

Here is a trustworthy saying:
This is a faithful and trustworthy saying:

If we died with Him, we will also live with Him.

If we endure, we will also reign with Him.

If we disown Him, He will also disown us.
If we deny Him, He will also deny us.

If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot disown Himself.
If we are faithless, He remains faithful, true to His word and His righteous character, for He cannot deny Himself.

1 Timothy 6:6-9

6 Now godliness with contentment is great gain. 7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 8 And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. 9 But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition.

Godliness with contentment is great gain.
Godliness actually is a source of great gain when accompanied by contentment, that contentment which comes from a sense of inner confidence based on the sufficiency of God.

For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it.
For we have brought nothing into the world, so it is clear that we cannot take anything out of it, either.

But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that.
But if we have food and clothing, with these we will be content.

Psalm 56:3,4; 8-11

3
Whenever I am afraid,
I will trust in You.

4
In God (I will praise His word),
In God I have put my trust;
I will not fear.
What can flesh do to me?

8
You number my wanderings;
Put my tears into Your bottle;
Are they not in Your book?

9
When I cry out to You,
Then my enemies will turn back;
This I know, because God is for me.

10
In God (I will praise His word),
In the Lord (I will praise His word),

11
In God I have put my trust;
I will not be afraid.
What can man do to me?

Whenever we are afraid, we should put our trust in God.
Whenever we are afraid, we should put our faith in God.

When we put our trust in God, we will not be afraid.
When we put our trust in God, we do not have to fear.

Mere mortals cannot do anything to us.

God records our tears.

When we call God for help, our enemies will turn back from us.
By this we will know that God is for us.
